I really appreciated was your little slip of information – when making eggs in a curry sauce (admittedly I didn’t make it then, yeah… but not that night) Your idea of putting the whole pepper in while your cooking, allowing your guests to then cut into the chilli based on their heat tolerance was phenomenal. That is truly catering to what your guest’s preferences are. I’ve begun to do that regularly . I will try eggs in a curry sauce.

This dishwasher would be a wonderful asset. The one that came with my house was from the 1960s and stopped working two years ago. With my arthritis, washing dishes is becoming more and more difficult for me. This dishwasher would really help me out. Most of my life I have grown up around Caribbean people (born in GA raised in MA). I consider myself an honorary Jamaican, Trinidadian, Haitian, etc. Making your great recipes helps me to continue with my honorary status. My husband also loves Caribbean food. The best thing about CaribbeanPot is the recipes. It helps me to connect with my Caribbean heritage. I live in an area with little to no Caribbean people or food and this allows me to share my culture with my neighbors, friends and take me back to my childhood running around the island.
