Thank-you so much for sharing this. I just bought myself a tawa and can’t wait to try it! I was making rotis with tortilla bread for several years but really missed the “real” roti shells. Recently, I started buying dhalpuri and then the price went way up. What to do? I had no idea how the dhal got inside. This is super cool. Thanks again!
Thank you so much, Chris. I have tried to prepare roti’s in the past and gave up a long time ago. They came out so hard that you could use them as a weapon (I am a very peaceful person). I intend to try again with your help and will let you know the result.
