    Hi Chris,

    I’m using a fat fryer not a deep pot. What temperature for the oil? Something like 130C seems sensi le given the 30 min cooking time but I’d best check with the master. :-)

    Can I use this same recipe without the hot sauce and paprika?

      Use whatever seasonings you damn like, Kelly. You choose, make it your very own. Avoid sauces made commercially with all their enhancers and preservatives and colouring agents and whatever else. They are part of the escalation of auto-immune diseases like asthmatic conditions and diabetes now so prevalent. Use REAL ingredients, your home grown or Farmers’ Market herbs, spices bought from reputable health shops, etc etc
