Thanks for posting, I love JA jerk chicken and too many restaurants claim to have great dishes but fall short. Thanks again for keeping it spicy!

i am not Jamaican but i know a little about JA cooking. I do not want to sound rude but i think the only way to taste authentic jerk is over the natural fire of wood or charcoal, any thing else do not add up.No matter how much you season up you need the wood/coal fire for special authentic flavor.
