   Need your recipe for doubles esp the bara. How do you get the dough to be chewy?? Very important texture for doubles. Is there a technique or an ingredient added? I’ve been trying so many times to makes these and cant get that chewy texture. Is it oil you put in the dough?

    I would like a recipe on how to make doubles. I am a new cook and started making dinners from the recipes that I have seen on your website. Everything is so good! I wish I could have it all at once!! Also if you have a recipe for potato salad and roti skins that would be awesome!!! Thanks.
