Just finished cooking this recipe. Spicy!! What a great way to use a cheap cut of meat. I think I got about 4lbs of usable meat out of 8lbs. I kept some of the fat because it tasted sooo good. I think this is the first recipe I have ever attempted where my end result looks exactly like the pictures. Of course, my kitchen ended up looking a bit messier than yours.
Anyhow, cheers from MTL and keep the tasty coming.
I can not eat pork can i use beef instead
I would recommend chicken.. cook for 1 hr
