Great recipe, I made this one for my contribution to Thanksgiving Dinner. It was a big hit over yellow rice.

Here in Mississauga at the halal butcher I get my goat at, a leg is cheaper. I’m told that it is because they have customers where the ribs etc are the preferred parts. They cut it up for me, the leg bones are included, cut to about 1 inch pieces.
need to make this one to compare…
