    I am jermerican and have not prepared goat myself in 17 years, follow yourreceipt with carrots and potatos and turned out just like my grandmoda use to make it.

    Here in Mississauga at the halal butcher I get my goat at, a leg is cheaper. I’m told that it is because they have customers where the ribs etc are the preferred parts. They cut it up for me, the leg bones are included, cut to about 1 inch pieces.

    need to make this one to compare…
