    Hi Chris, I usually make these Dry Curried Shrimp and I love it with rice, dal and a fresh green salad. I cooked it just the way you do but when it’s almost done cooking I add a pinch each of Coriander powder and Indian Five Spice powder.
    Chris, do you do have a recipe for Dry Pepper Shrimp (NO ketchup); if you do, can you please post it? Thank you. The only place that I’ve ever had it cooked this way was at the Golden Place restaurant on Southern Main Road, Marabella; it was delicious! It wasn’t as colourful like the ones we usually make with ketchup but it was much tastier.
