    Enjoyed your Sofran Rice tonight with the following additions: chopped bacon to initial frying of carrot, celery & onions. Added white beans when adding rice. Added chopped tomato toward tail end of cooking rice.

    This looks great, many thank for making it available in print as well. I am fascinated at how the Scotch Bonnet Peppers are just left on top of the dish and eventually removed. This is the first time I have ever seen this. Normally the peppers have seeds removed and cut into the dish/recipe.
