		<description>Yeah Elaine is right, it&#039;s also a Vincie favourite-a staple perhaps. We like to use eddoes instead of potatoes as well. It&#039;s one of the easiest dishes to whisk up in a lime and you don&#039;t have to wait for the hangover either, you can prevent it with this dish.</description>
